“Joanne is a treasure! all of our dogs have loved her. We are down to one dog now, and Joanne spends lots of time with him when she visits. She has had to sometimes encourage him to eat, either by hand feeding or adding turkey to his kibble (neither of which would have occurred to me). Joanne is very flexible around scheduling and gives us notice if she intends to be away for a few days.

Joanne helped with pet care for many years, but more recently has become my “go-to person” for personal services. She collected, sorted and forwarded mail for months at a time while watching over the house while I was away to assure a “lived in look” for security purposes, and to make sure the household systems were functioning properly. She watered plants both indoors and out and identified a dead car battery which I was able to have replaced prior to my return home.
Now that I am isolated at home, she has helped with retrieving a much-needed prescription within an hour of calling her. She delivered ice and batteries during a power outage and assists with transportation to medical appointments.
Joanne always responds promptly when called and is extremely caring. She will try to do anything I ask of her and I heartily recommend her to anyone who needs these kinds of services.
